The Marathon Weekend..Nov 22

1.) Met CS at PG airport.. He flew from KL--> PG for the marathon...and i flew back from Singapore to PG.... n he shouted my name at the airport... What a co-incidence! So we took a photo together.. :D .. notice my hand is carrying the cutter.. violating the silkair rules for carrying illegal sharp item on board. Good thing they return ur items to you after touch down!! lucky me... hehe

2.) Brought my darling together to intro to my bunch of running friends from KL.. hehee.. (oh..so he met him... :P )


3.) Me n the full marathon finisher gold medal!!! yay!!!!!!

Year End

oo, year end is coming...
it seems that i achieved my marathon goal!! yeahhhh.. made it within 5:56:02.... yeah, got myself a gold medal.. (ya..everybody who completed the full marathon within 6 hours get a gold medal)

yippeee!!!.. i still remember the butterfly stomach for days pre-marathon..
the fear of cannot complete the race...
the many unknown...

yay!!! i did it!!!!!!!!!!!
Happy that i got Russ's reply too.. hahahaa.. yay!! i did it..!! yeah.. He said that no many people in the world can claimt that statement.. so i should not upset about my time and be glad!! yay!!!

Now, another goal to achieve.. that is to get myself for medical check up!!!....
Kinda scary though to do some women's test..... zzzz !!!... But, 29years old is coming... why not??
come on.. face the fear......!!!
that's what i need to tell myself... face the fear...come on...

mm, sometimes, i just feel glad knowing someone i care is doing great...

Yeah~~ both also put on weight a bit.. ahhaaha... he put on 3kg.. i put on 5kg since our last meet.. :P

lately.. i felt a bit disgusted when i saw women with protein-like muscular arms..............scared me a bit i guess.. their reaction.. their pose... errr...

and i also notice, i got kinda sick of man with huge muscular arms as well.......... when i said that, i meant those with REALLY HUGE incredible hulk type of muscles.......... eee...

eeee............ I wonder if those "hulks" can run fast ?

Usain Bolt can... hahaa.... !! but he is not as huge... isn't he?
ya..Bolt is still acceptable....

n.. i am quite displease seeing women tattoo themselves with "gangster" type of tattoo....
ha, obviously, i DON"T mean this type...... hehee

A new Plant

Just right after i back from Labuan.. I notice this plant growing out from my "dirty" sink.. hehehee!! What is it??.... It must be the "keat-lah" that got stuck there while i washed my cup... hehee.. I have move them to my darling's house..

Trip to Labuan

So i went to Labuan for the first time...on Business Trip!
I love business trip!. beside solving issues. u get to try a lot of food.... Yeah~ ! Thank God for the blessing! :D

since my ultimate objective is to know my running duration, calories burned and distance.
I do not need a GPS to map my run, do i? since i am always on the same route... :P

Wow, i remembered his marathon coming OCT..and i checked on this time!! WOW!!!!!!!!! 3 hours 18mins???!!! My idol!!!! He is my previous BIG BIG boss!! back in the US now.... wahseh... tak kan i run 6 hours?? haha, at least need to 5:59:59... go go go!!

God still answered my prayer.

Since our last week run was canceled due to RAIN!!...zzz..!! This week, we plan another exciting Round Island CYcling! First time Ride... First time Round the island.... And...in the morning.. it WAS raining!!!!!!!!...grrr!!!! exactly like last sunday....! I was asking Him.."God, isn't it i prayed for no rain lei..so many nights before.... sob..".. "ok nevermind, God, u r the controller on the weather..... can u plssssss make the rain stop?" "make the clouds go away...."

"Clouds..go AWAY, in Jesus Name".. ha, i was "elijah challenge" the sky..... wakkaka...

Raining still when i reach Su's house.. And i kept praying.. n when the time is near......... still raining.......SOB!!!..... waiting for the rest to arrive............. n suddenly............ i saw the clouds were shifting.... !1 yeah! Amen amen!!... n soon the rain stopped.. yeah! yahoooooo!!! A perfect weather for cycling!!! Cooling + Nice!! wow! awesome.. Thank You, God! Testimony 1...

Ok..Testimony 2...ahem.. i supposed to "due" on the 17th... and i was praying for God to help me to only "due" after the cycling... ahhahaa!! and guess what???............... ahhaahha.. I got it. !!! :D hehehehee... So i was cycling yesterday "freely" without the trouble to change pad.. hahaha!! Yeah!!! Amen Amen!

Handle the failure

mmm, i need to learn how to handle the failure even though i have given my best.....

i need to learn how to give my best again without the fear of failure and looking for excuses to cover up........

it happened during secondary school time....
each time karate tournament... when i reach the final, i always lose.. i am always the runner up...
mmm, i wonder what happen?
in the navy, i was looking for excuse not to participate in any competition... giving excuse of other ppl are better... i guess............
it must be the FEAR OF FAILURE..........?

i need to manage that FEAR, and turning the fear into a greater motivation.
