CNY Day 5
oh boy..today happy happy collecting ang pao in ipoh.........House owner called up...Want to raise my rental RM100 starting next month....to RM650.
I wonder Can he just charged me RM600 or not..but i told him he said cannot.. :(
mmm, he has been saying want to increase my rental since 2008 i think... now it's 2010....
may be i should just pay it la right??
oh April my korean housemate is moving back to korea..looks like my house need to change housemate again........... hehee, i just wonder it's which revision already..... hahaa~~~ forget the count...
So 2010.......!! February already!! Almost March...
What have i been busy with lately?
1.) survey the property market.... i am thinking shud i invest in an apartment myself.. around 100-150K..and then self staying + rent to people..... mmm............
2.) CNY meet up with primary school friends!! WAHSEH..........!!!!!
3.) CNY meet up with TI school friends.. ehehe, this is regular yearly activity
4.) continue to arrrange meet up with primary school friends... ehehhe~~~ so surprise to found out some grew up to be so pretty.. ehehehe..........
I heard many good testimonies from those whom prayed and God answered their prayer with good price + good location house.
mmm.........
God, please help me also, ok? Since i am also your beloved child.. :D Yeah!

4 days after 2010
I finally went to work today..(as if i am longing for it..) haha!
I spent the weekend with FH's sis+sis's hubby+sis's son-toby chai.. and also his family.
wow, it was quite a tiring weekend for me..as sleeping on the floor with thin mattress made me woke up a few times during the midnight.
Not quite a good start for the year 2010!!
1.) wisdom tooth..for no reason start to ache..!! grrr!!! ( ah, i need to ask Star how much do i need to pluck it off)..
2.) found out that the "RM0" is chasing me again.. ish!!!
3.) was extremely tired on 31-12-2009..and missed the watch night service!
4.) got a headache!..
5.) skipped the 18km run on sunday... laziness or watsoever.. u name it.
Not quite a good start for first day of work too!
1.) early morning thought i have lost my GSHOCK!! ar..
2.) got question for my travel report.... ish!!! helping to save $$ end up as if i am cheating $$... zzz, i hope tomorrow HR will be able to give me a good answer.. sometimes it really struck me.. Confrontation not always solve a problem, but until you confront the problem, you will never find a solution. So i confronted........and... i ve to see tomorrow.
3.) Met someone when i am totally at mess...!! ahh!! apa larr!!! zzzzz
4.) talked to some china guy... whom i really have no idea what he is talking about!!! very hard to work with.. :(
but my night ended with..........
1.) just as i was about to lose hope on my watch upon my search.... i prayed..and suddenly.........walalalaaal!! it drop out from my swim suit!! Yeahhhh, i got my watch back!!!
my 1997 GSHOCK..whom my dad bought for me from SG due to my SPM result.. ehhehe... !! yay!!!
2.) I read Zig Ziglar book.... and got motivated! :D

Last Day of the year!
oh finally it's the last day of 2009!!!...
It's time to reflect 2009.... mmm... recalled last year i said this year i wanted to focus in ORDERLINESS.... in finance, household, career... mmm
2009 has been a year... i guess there are a lot of events took place.. let me recalled ..
..went to UK+Italy(Rome n Venice) with dar's family..
..still enjoying my new work, pretty happy with the travelling..
..getting more organized in term of tracking my daily expenses, the rental calculation monthly, housing loan tracking, another loan tracking for my dad...
..ish! got myself involved in another debt repayment ...for dad... sob...
..cleaned up my room nicely.. (so last minute!!! now u know why i want to clean up my room.. so that i can write here..:P)..!!
..run a full marathon!!!!.......hurrayyyyy!!!!!...
..career..went to sri lanka again, india-jamnagar, KL KL KL...Labuan..Melaka...
..CG leader left us...
..getting better in knowing my darling...and his family..

end of the year
wahseh.. just blogged 1 Dec and now, it's 28 Dec!!
28days has gone... what have i done?
mm, what have i done..... see if i can write 28 of them...mmm
1.) a few hours ago, i cleaned up my room.! throw out 1 bag of papers....zzz...
a lot of books more to go.... seems like my room is full of books...!! boxes... shoes... mmm, tomorrow continue part 2.
old uni time stuffs!!!... lotsa love letters.. hehehee
managed to squeeze 2 boxes into 1...haha
2.) wrote out my weekly time table for 2010... ! hurray.
throughout 2009, i find out 1 thing about myself..that's lack of discipline..and like to procrastinate.
2010, i am seeking change.. to complete the task by day.. as the chinese saying goes.. today matters, today complete.. 今日事，今日毕。
3.) went to kl from Dec 9 til dec 24! well, 16days over there.
-went to ipoh to meet up with FH's siblings+family.. ahhaa
in front of pavilion..
4.) went to ipoh again for christmas celebration! had a proper christmas long table meal..wahseh!
first time i ate christmas pudding.. :P

5.) ate good stuffs in KL.. hahaa~
went to this taiwan restaurant in KLCC for 3 times..!! haha
6.) received different type of presents...
lipstick, book, shirts, lotions, lip butter, bathing stuffs.. :D

robots, science stuffs, flower, shirts, ...
8.) attended 1 customer issue...
9.) drove a RANGER... ahaha.. such a huge car man..!
10.) met up with kor..
11.) met up with mayang...
12.) dailyin out with KL colleague..
13.) got a freaking expensive hair cut RM55... by some non-professional!! grr...!
14.) bought 2 nice pants with my darling...
15.) went to PCC for christmas celebration..
16.) kor asked me to cut down on sugar..but i keep failing..
hahaha~~ zzzz...!!
17.) bought wheat grass as vege supplement...
18.) attempt kellogs 2 weeks challenge....
19.) attend my cousin wedding on dec 6......
20.) found my old school stuffs from uni... haaha, interesting letters i found.. :P i wrote to many people before!
21.) bought 1 new fish with darling... Rescue his almost die fish.......!! got him to buy a separator for the killer fish!! @%@%#.. :D glad the fish survive..+ got a new partner.. hehee
22.) finally decided to part with my CLEO+READER DIGEST magazine..which has been lying there for years!!
23.) signed up for Adidas Sundown Marathon coming May 29, 2010 in Singapore....+ bought the air ticket as well!! hehehe
24.) swam in Le meridien pool finally.... ahhaa
25.) finally, i am getting sick of japanese food!!! only ate once through out December....!

1 Dec
a long day...
Morning was in LGL hospital for checkup... went for ultrasound...glad that all things were ok.
I really felt that i have peace of mind due to i have Him who is always with me..and i know that in any adversity, i can trust Him alone.
Afternoon i was at work...
Evening i was helping my friends for some issues.. and it was raining.
and i went to CG. Birthday Celebration...for myself and star..but star was absent..so we did a conference call birthday song for her. kekeke..
Then my darling called me coz he lost his car remote somewhere...
Reach home close to 12am...
I was quite discouraged with some of the people today.
I was hurt by some words today.
Just as i reached my bed and wanted to switch on my laptop to write this blog........... PSALMS 31 keep flashing through my mind... So i flipped to Psalms 31. .. with the thinking... If it's from God, then He will knows exactly what i have been through and what i am thinking right now.
So, Psalms 31........ The title strikes me instantly!
The Lord a fortress in Adversity.
So it was from the Lord.
I am encouraged. :D
The Lord is my ROCK and my FORTRESS.
Amen.

The Marathon Weekend..Nov 22
1.) Met CS at PG airport.. He flew from KL--> PG for the marathon...and i flew back from Singapore to PG.... n he shouted my name at the airport... What a co-incidence! So we took a photo together.. :D .. notice my hand is carrying the cutter.. violating the silkair rules for carrying illegal sharp item on board. Good thing they return ur items to you after touch down!! lucky me... hehe
2.) Brought my darling together to intro to my bunch of running friends from KL.. hehee.. (oh..so he met him... :P )
3.) Me n the full marathon finisher gold medal!!! yay!!!!!!

Year End
oo, year end is coming...
it seems that i achieved my marathon goal!! yeahhhh.. made it within 5:56:02.... yeah, got myself a gold medal.. (ya..everybody who completed the full marathon within 6 hours get a gold medal)
yippeee!!!.. i still remember the butterfly stomach for days pre-marathon..
the fear of cannot complete the race...
the many unknown...
yay!!! i did it!!!!!!!!!!!
Happy that i got Russ's reply too.. hahahaa.. yay!! i did it..!! yeah.. He said that no many people in the world can claimt that statement.. so i should not upset about my time and be glad!! yay!!!
Now, another goal to achieve.. that is to get myself for medical check up!!!....
Kinda scary though to do some women's test..... zzzz !!!... But, 29years old is coming... why not??
come on.. face the fear......!!!
that's what i need to tell myself... face the fear...come on...

mm, sometimes, i just feel glad knowing someone i care is doing great...
Yeah~~ both also put on weight a bit.. ahhaaha... he put on 3kg.. i put on 5kg since our last meet.. :P

lately.. i felt a bit disgusted when i saw women with protein-like muscular arms..............scared me a bit i guess.. their reaction.. their pose... errr...
and i also notice, i got kinda sick of man with huge muscular arms as well.......... when i said that, i meant those with REALLY HUGE incredible hulk type of muscles.......... eee...
eeee............ I wonder if those "hulks" can run fast ?
Usain Bolt can... hahaa.... !! but he is not as huge... isn't he?

and i also notice, i got kinda sick of man with huge muscular arms as well.......... when i said that, i meant those with REALLY HUGE incredible hulk type of muscles.......... eee...
eeee............ I wonder if those "hulks" can run fast ?

My darling thought they are cactus....but they are........... baby dragon fruit plant.. :D ehhee.. yeah right, a type of cactus i guess..
A new Plant
Just right after i back from Labuan.. I notice this plant growing out from my "dirty" sink.. hehehee!! What is it??.... It must be the "keat-lah" that got stuck there while i washed my cup... hehee.. I have move them to my darling's house..
Trip to Labuan
So i went to Labuan for the first time...on Business Trip!
I love business trip!. beside solving issues. u get to try a lot of food.... Yeah~ ! Thank God for the blessing! :D
