so, i went for a 1/2 marathon this morning...

1 week after the 42km adidas sundown......... i went for a half marathon this morning with PS, CS, Deon + Vern. hahaa~~ It was a nice weather.... raining a little on KM5 til KM18...So kinda nice to run... but YES..@##%@#% i cough again.. hahaa... who cares. :P Tonite i gonna finish my antibiotic and my VIRUSES gonna be KILLED 100% yeah!! :D

I ran with someone's bib... paid by PS... hehehe... so i was kinda being SPONSORED to run huh? ehhee~~

Just recalled, i was here in KL last year for this run too! wow..
the group........ + kenneth from Tahan... so 4 of us went tahan before huh...hehee



with the Ultra-Doc... Geng la her, last week just ran 84km.. this week relax run also <2:30..
