Home workout

Finally... My darling got me this... Indoor cycling... Second hand from a cg's friend's colleague.. Yeahhhh... Finally.. Can burn a bit of calories at home..... To shed 1 pound per week.. Need to burn 3500kcal per week... Book recommends me to cycle.. 1 hour.. 5days a week.. Let's see if I can do tat.. My legs r pretty weak.. Grr.. Come on.. Triathlete!!
