i will feel that.. i need to improve on the 专业 part.

I wish to be someone who will be..
-able to provide my customer's up to date info.
- have close relationship with my customer and they will not hesitate/feel shy to ring me if there are any issue.
- able to provide timely advise
-able to grow together with my customers.
-increase on my knowledge in this area of expertise.
- get some important certification.
-FOCUS

i am in a stage of..." the harvest is plentiful..but the workers are few" type of feeling.
I am praying for the right timing.
I am praying.
