besides when i go hiking la... diving la..camping la...cooking la..sleeping la.... or when i am in the midst of doing something i like... then i am ok.. haha..
remember pastor sam used to mention... Happy vs Joy....
Happy because somethiing HAPPEN... something must HAPPEN to make you happy...
but if we seek for JOY.. JOY is in the sequence of putting Jesus first..then Others and then Yourself... J.O.Y... mmmm...
so lunch time go n wack 1 mongolia ice cream.. yummy~~ haaha.. life still have to go on.......... be happy lo... Olympic is coming... I gotta see my Michael Phelps swimming... He is aiming for 8 gold medals.. yeah!!
